Golden Chicken Hunt - Closed Competition

The Golden Chicken Hunt starts today! 
Just start scrolling on any of the Animal Nutrition sites to find the hidden golden chicken. When you find it, click on it and it will bring you one step closer to winning one of the 10 cool wireless phone chargers. The contest will last for 10 days and each day a winner will be randomly selected. When the contest is finished, all the winners will be contacted and informed about the further steps by email.

Terms and conditions 

• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 17:00 pm (CET) on the 26th of January. Ten winners will be selected randomly by Perstorp Animal Nutrition on 28th of January and will be notified on or after this date by email from [email protected].
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days after being notified, we reserve the right to withdraw his/her participation and pick a replacement winner. 
• This contest is free of charge. Participants will not be required to pay to enter the competition and the winners will not be required to pay for the shipping. 
  Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. 
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Swedish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. 
• Employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, etc. of Perstorp Animal Nutrition are not eligible to enter. 
• Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating a participant’s entries.  
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via the online form.  
• The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered his/her information in the entry form.  
• Perstorp Animal Nutrition will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.  
• Participants agree to abide by the Perstorp Animal Nutrition Official Rules and decisions.  
• Perstorp animal Nutrition will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Perstorp Animal Nutrition takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perstorp’s Animal Nutrition liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perstorp Animal Nutrition shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. 
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.  
• The prizes are as follow: 10 branded wireless phone chargers.  
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Perstorp Animal Nutrition and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.  
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Perstorp Animal Nutrition’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.  
• Entering into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of the GDPR and these terms and conditions.  
• The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of Perstorp Animal Nutrition after the winner has been selected.  
• Perstorp Animal Nutrition’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.  
• Perstorp Animal Nutrition shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such a change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  
• The collected data for shipping the prize will be stored on our database for 3 years and will be used to provide information about Perstorp Animal Nutrition solutions and then it shall be erased from our records.
