2-EHA Pro is our renewable counterpart to 2-EHA. Based on a traceable mass balance concept, 2-EHA Pro is designed to reduce the carbon footprint throughout the value chain and to support sustainable sourcing of renewable and recycled raw materials.
2-EHA Pro comes in grades of 25% and 100% renewable carbon content and carries the ISCC PLUS certification. This ensures that all raw materials used are sourced responsibly and sustainably from cradle to gate. The certification includes a calculation of mass balance and product carbon footprint.
As 2-EHA Pro is chemically identical to 2-EHA, it provides customers in the same quality and performance as their fossil counterpart.
