Perstorp and Pevalen™ Pro rewarded with silver at the INOVYN Awards!
Yesterday at K2019 – a leading fair for the plastics industry, the INOVYN Awards 2019 ceremony took place. Perstorp was nominated and won silver in the category Sustainable Innovation with our Pevalen™ Pro.
INOVYN Awards is a global competition designed to boost innovation by recognizing and promoting key achievements in the global vinyl industry. In total 93 projects were submitted across four categories: sustainability innovation, design innovation, process innovation and new product innovation. The ceremony took place at K2019, a leading fair for the plastics industry in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Perstorp was nominated and won silver within the Sustainable Innovation category for our Pevalen™ Pro – our non-phthalate plasticizer based on partly renewable content. At the awards ceremony, our plasticizer team was represented, all very excited and happy to receive the award on behalf of Perstorp.
This award is truly a recognition that Perstorp’s strategy to become Finite Material Neutral, keeps us ahead of the industry but in pace with the market. Pevalen™ Pro will be available to the market later this year.
