"De Molenaar" is a leading Dutch magazine aimed at the grain processing and feed industries. In issue number 5 of 2009 an article was printed on the suppression of Salmonella by using organic acids in the feed or drinking water. The article was written in by Perstorp's Dr. Albert van Dijk.

The article discusses feed as a source of contamination and the effects of acids on Salmonella. It also contains the results of a challenge trial with broilers recently conducted in The Netherlands.
