Unique career model within technical areas

The introduction of this new career model comes from a wish to give employees in roles of technical specialists or project managers an opportunity to develop and make a career without not necessarily going into a manager position, which is a traditional career development.

Two roles are created, Specialist and Project Manager, and within the model the requirements of education, experience and competence are defined. The model also clarifies main responsibilities and authorities that come with each position.
