The second round of Perstorp’s trainee program “ChangeMakers” started at the end of August, with five new digital talents that will bring insights on how to accelerate our digital transformation. Welcome!
The ChangeMaker Trainee program was started last year to help Perstorp explore new ways of working and create new possibilities within the company. The focus on digital transformation is core in making sure that Perstorp can continue to bring companies a competitive edge to advance everyday life, today and tomorrow.
“This is a way for Perstorp to try the competences that we did not know we needed. With minor risk and clever implementation, we hope to help, evolve, and discover new opportunities within the area of digital transformation,” says Johan Maresch, Chief Digital Officer.
The five trainees, or ChangeMakers, all represent a digital competence area. This year we want to welcome:
Trevina Litchmore - Data Science, AI, and Extended Reality (XR)
Albin Jansfelt - Machine Learning, Data Science and AI
Anna Dahlström - Interaction design and UX
Oskar Hamidi - Chemical Engineering and Data Science.
Sebastian Brugger - Data Analytics & Business Economics
