Broilers are chickens that are bred specifically for meat production. Remember our Easter post? One way of helping poultry off to a good start is by making sure that the egg shell is of optimal quality. Richard Sygall – one of the veterinarians working for our Feed & Food business unit – will present how glycerol esters of butyric esters can contribute to better egg shell quality and what other benefits they have that help to improve broiler performance. Other presenters include Dr. van Emous who recently promoted on the subject of higher reproduction in broiler breeders by providing less protein.
