Joan Pennington new EVP HR & Communications

Joan Pennington has got a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Cambridge University and also a Diploma in Marketing and she brings to the Perstorp Group a broad experience from sales & marketing, positions within EHSQ in a number of manufacturing companies and most recently management consulting specializing in Leadership and Organization Development as well as Talent Management. She also had a commercial role to develop different markets, the last one being EMEA sector lead for life sciences and Global Client Relationship Director for AstraZeneca.
