Care is one of Perstorp’s core values, and is at the core of everything we do. It is about safety, health and life, 365 days a year - for everyone to come to work and go home again healthy and safe. On October 26, we were excited to invite all Perstorpers around the globe to join the annual Let’s Talk Care 365 day, for the fourth year in a row.
A healthy and safe workplace requires active involvement from everyone – the company, leaders and all employees. Since 2017, our initiative Care 365 has guided our culture, leadership and employee engagement in health and safety matters, leading us towards our vision to be a zero accident workplace.
“The Let’s talk Care 365 Day is an opportunity for Perstorp employees across the world to come together, one day, and focus on what Care means to them. It’s really both inspiring and touching to receive the reports on how Care has been addressed at our different offices and sites,” comments Eva Trulsson, Vice President Responsible Care at Perstorp.
On October 26, all Perstorpers around the globe joined forces to engage in different discussions and activities focused on aspects of health and safety. And how the little things can make a big difference for a safer and healthier life, at work and at home.
“The engagement I see before, during and after the event shows me that we really are on the right path towards a reality, where a healthy and safe workplace is considered a natural part of everyone’s responsibility. I am very proud to be part of a company, where Care is one of the core values, and the Let’s talk Care 365 Day proves that this is not just something we say but something we really live by,” Eva ends.
