ISCC Certification
Perstorp is proud to be a member of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) Association, and that all our Pro-Environment products are ISCC PLUS certified. Through our engagement in ISCC, we are an active part in setting a higher standard for sustainability within our industry.
With currently over 4,000 valid certificates in more than 100 countries, ISCC is among the world’s largest certification systems. ISCC has been developed through an open multi-stakeholder process and is governed by an association with more than 130 members, including research institutes and NGO’s. As a no-deforestation standard with a strong commitment to protect forests, high-carbon stock lands and biodiversity, ISCC strives for a world where biomass and other raw materials are produced in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.
ISCC PLUS - certified products throughout the value chain
All our Pro Environment Products are ISCC PLUS certified. ISCC PLUS provide companies, brand owners and consumers with the assurance that high sustainability requirements are met. Both our mass balance method and GHG (Green House Gas) calculations are ISCC PLUS certified. Being ISCC PLUS certified means that all our sustainable raw materials are ISCC PLUS or ISCC EU certified in all parts of the value chain all the way back to the point of origin. We also give every Pro Environment customer information about the GHG-value of the product and how they are contributing to reducing CO2- emissions.
