Commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Aa a subsidiary to PETRONAS Chemicals Group, Perstorp has adopted the PETRONAS Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy, committing to the very highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of how we behave and do business. The Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy applies to all companies within Perstorp, the company’s board, Executive Leadership Team and all employees. Perstorp also expects its suppliers, distributors and other business partners, with which it has close relations, to act according to these principles.

Prepared for Brexit
After 10 months of negotiations, the EU and U.K. reached an agreement on a post-Brexit trade deal. Important as this agreement is, after 31 December 2020 the transition period following Brexit ends meaning that the UK is no longer part of the EU internal market.
