New version of Perstorp's General Conditions of Sale

The General Conditions of Sale (CGS) for the Perstorp Group has been revised and the new version is valid as from today (1 December), being applicable for all sale of Perstorp products unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract. The amendments are only related to clause 10 on force majeure.

Perstorp set to save more than one billion liters of fresh water yearly at Stenungsund plant

Sustainable solutions provider Perstorp is investing in a unique project that will allow it to use wastewater from a nearby municipal treatment plant for production operations in Stenungsund, Sweden. This will save 1.1 billion liters of fresh water per year.

Perstorp to double carboxylic acid production capacity as demand continues to rise across markets

Leading specialty chemicals company Perstorp plans to have extra capacity of around 70,000 tonnes/yr. for production of carboxylic acids onstream during 2024. The investment will enable Perstorp to increase output significantly and strengthen its position as the sustainable solutions provider. Increased capacity will meet growing demand in various high-value applications, including non-phthalate plasticizers for PVC, engineered fluids for applications such as refrigeration lubricants, and various propionates used in food preservation and carboxylic acids for use in animal feed gut health and preservation products. Most of the output will be used in downstream production operated by Perstorp itself.

スペシャルティ化学品メーカーであるパーストープは、2024年に年間約7万トンのカルボン酸製造能力を拡大させることを計画しています。この投資により、パーストープは生産量を大幅に増加させ、持続可能なソリューションプロバイダーとしての地位を強化します。生産能力の増強により、塩ビ用非フタル酸系可塑剤、冷凍機用潤滑油などの工学的流体、食品保存用の各種プロピオン酸、動物用飼料や保存製品向けカルボン酸など、さまざまな高付加価値用途の需要増に対応することができます。生産量のほとんどは、パーストープが製造する下流製品に使用される予定です。
