B2B industries are facing huge shifts in demographics due to that the millennials now are entering the arena. In a study done by Google among B2B decision makers we can see that the age group 18-34 increased from 27% to 46% during 2012 to 2014. Among the influencers 72% where younger than 45 years old. As one of the largest generations in history, their unique experience will change the way we buy and sell and we need to adapt.

New facility for purifying wastewater inaugurated in Stenungsund
Perstorp has celebrated the opening of a facility that will enable wastewater from the water treatment plant run by the municipality to be further purified and reused for cooling at the Perstorp Oxo production plant in Stenungsund. This will save 1.1 billion litres of freshwater per year and is a great step on the way towards reaching our 2030-targets for freshwater consumption.

Perstorp is exiting the Trade Receivable Financing “TRF” program – new payment details on invoices as of April 16
Since 2022, Perstorp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG). As a result of the integration between PCG and Perstorp, Perstorp will no longer use the Trade Receivable Financing (“TRF”) program.
