Joining Petcore Europe – supporting a sustainable direction for PET
We are happy to announce that we have been accepted as a member of Petcore Europe, joining specialists from the entire PET value chain. As new members, we were excited to join the annual Petcore Conference for the first time, taking place 5-6 February.
Petcore Europe is an association working to enhance the value and sustainable growth of the complete PET value chain in Europe*. With members represented across the entire PET value chain, we at Perstorp see a great opportunity to engage in highly valuable networks and accessing as well as contributing to research regarding e.g. recycling, packaging developments and environmental issues.
With the theme ‘Circularity and Innovation - Shaping the future of PET’, the Petcore Europe Conference 2020 took place in Brussels, 5-6 February. The Petcore Conference offers an ideal forum for industry peers to gather, network and discuss strategic topics, trends and solutions impacting the entire PET value chain.
At Perstorp, we have committed to become Finite Material Neutral. To reach our ambition, we need to partner up with like-minded people in our value chains and around us. We see Petcore Europe as a great opportunity to close the loops and reducing product end-of-life environmental impact, taking us one step closer to becoming Finite Material Neutral.
