Aart Mateboer retires; Change in Perstorp Animal Nutrition leadership while pursuing ambitious growth plan
Perstorp Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), today announces a change of Leadership within its Animal Nutrition business effective June 1st. Executive Vice President Aart Mateboer has announced his retirement after May 31st. The company is determined to conduct a seamless leadership transition and continuously deliver on its ambitious growth plan.

Perstorp completes offer of C8-C10 Oxo Alcohols utilizing synergies with owner PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad
Leading specialty chemicals provider Perstorp completes its offer of C8-C10 Oxo Alcohols, by introducing Isononanol (INA), Iso-Dodecene and Oxo Oil 9N to the product portfolio. The new complete offer is made possible by utilizing synergies with Perstorp parent company PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), one of the largest integrated chemicals producers in Southeast Asia and part of the PETRONAS Group. The plant has been operational since early August.

Perstorp works with Intel Open IP Advanced Liquid Cooling on synthetic thermal management fluid
Leading global specialty chemicals innovator Perstorp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), has worked closely with Intel’s Open IP Advanced Liquid Cooling team in recent years. Together they have developed a high-performance synthetic thermal management fluid specifically designed for immersion cooling in data centers. They initiated the partnership in 2022 as a part of continuing efforts to create more sustainable data center cooling solutions. More recently, the partners participated in COMPUTEX 2024 in Taipei where Intel showcased its Gaudi 3 AI accelerator solution. The accelerator uses Intel’s SuperFluid Cooling Technology, which leverages the low viscosity and high flash point balance of Perstorp’s advanced synthetic thermal management fluid.

パーストープは、PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad（PCG）の完全子会社として、近年IntelのOpen IP Advanced Liquid Coolingチームと密に連携を取り、データセンターの浸漬冷却向けに特別に設計された高性能の合成熱管理液を共同開発しました。このパートナーシップは、持続可能なデータセンター冷却ソリューションを創出するための継続的な取り組みの一環として、2022年に始まりました。最近では、共に台北で開催されたCOMPUTEX 2024に参加し、IntelがGaudi 3 AIアクセラレーターソリューションを紹介しました。このアクセラレーターは、インテルの SuperFluid Cooling Technology を使用しており、Perstorp の高度な合成熱管理流体の低粘度と高引火点のバランスを活用しています。
