Perstorp breaks ground in India to significantly boost Penta business
New Gujarat Penta plant will secure a long-term presence in the growth region of Asia. Our state-of-the-art plant for production of Penta, including the renewable grade, Voxtar™, will provide up to 60% reduced carbon footprint. The construction commenced in October this year, with commercial production planned to start in Q1 2022.

Perstorp tar första spadtagen i Indien för att avsevärt öka sin Penta affär
Etableringen i Gujarat, Indien, är ett led i en långsiktig strategi för att säkerställa närvaro i en av världens främsta tillväxtregioner. Den moderna anläggningen kommer att fokusera på produktion av Penta, inkluderat de förnybara versionerna, Voxtar™, vilka minskar koldioxidavtrycket med upp till 60%. Byggnationen påbörjades i oktober i år, med planen att starta upp kommersiell produktion under Q1 2022.

New ProPhorce™ Valerins research presented at ESPN
ProPhorce™ Valerins (patent pending) are glycerol esters of valeric acid that have demonstrated to improve animal performance and gut balance. Valeric acid is the last of the short chain fatty acids to be tested in animal diets. The trial clearly demonstrates the efficacy of a diet with strategically timed additions of esters of butyric acid (ProPhorce™ SR) and esters of valeric acid (ProPhorce™ Valerins).
