持続可能なソリューションの提供を目指すパーストープは、ジョイントベンチャーであるShandong Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd.（旧称Shandong Fufeng Perstorp Chemical Co., Ltd.）の株式を100％譲受致しました。このジョイントベンチャーは、Zibo工場（中国の北京から南へ約400 kmに位置する山東省のZibo）を所有・運営しており、今回の取引が完了したことにより、パーストープがこのポリオール製造施設の唯一の所有者となりました。

本日、マレーシアのPETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad（PCG）の完全子会社である、Perstorp Holding ABがOQ Chemicals GmbHからOQ Chemicals Nederland B.V.の全株式を取得したことを発表しました。これにより、スウェーデンに本拠を置くPerstorpは、オランダ企業のすべての生産設備、関連技術、従業員に対する完全な所有権と管理権を得ることとなりました。
