Calcium Formate is a source of highly digestible calcium and exerts antimicrobial action both in the feed and in the digestive tract of the animal. A lowered pH-value in the feed supports the acidification of the stomach contents. This contributes to the animal’s stable feed digestion while allowing important digestive enzymes to be activated faster, helping promote animal production and growth.
