Customer Service Executive – Global Documentation Team (Mumbai)

Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Department: Customer Service, Sales & Business Management Group

Immediate Superior: Customer Service Manager – Global Documentation Team (Mumbai)

Work Location: Mumbai, India

Educational Qualification-
Graduate (inclusive of Engineering graduate) in English medium and PG Diploma in Export / Import or
Supply Chain Management or MBA (Supply Chain or Foreign Trade)
2-3 years’ experience in independently handling Export / Import Order Management with good
knowledge of its documentation in Chemical industry preferably with any European MNC
Knowledge base-
 Conversant with SAP Sales & Distribution module and use of MS Word, Excel, PPT
 Preparation of all export and import documents
 INCOTERMS and their implications
 Various payment terms including Letter of Credit
 Working with shipping lines and troubleshooting associated issues
 Banking procedure for Export and Import
 Foreign Trade Policy of India and Incentive schemes
 Customer complaint handling with analytical approach
 Good oral and written communication with flavor in maintaining customer relations
 Time management with deciding priorities and speedy actions
 Data management with accuracy and data analysis
 Inter personal relations and cross functional capabilities
 A good team player and go getter with a passion to succeed
 Trouble shooting skills and attitude for ready to help
 Logical understanding and ability to adapt changes
 Ability to work in a MNC with multicultural environment
 Drive to learn and grow
