TMPTAの規制変更と課題を分析
2018年、国際がん研究機関（IARC）はTMPTAをグループ2Bの物質として分類し、ヒトに対して発がん性の可能性があることを示唆し、化学業界に大きな衝撃を与えました。この分類は2019年にIARCのモノグラフシリーズで発表され、TMPTAにさらされたマウスとラットを対象とした研究に基づいています。ただし、これらの研究において、特にアセトンの使用方法をめぐって、専門家の間で議論を呼びました。未だ審議中ですが、IARCはTMPTAに対する見解を崩していません。

Reflections from China Coat 2023
China Coat 2023, Asia's leading coatings industry exhibition, offers valuable insights into the current state and future directions of the coatings sector. This year’s exhibition, which saw an all-time record participation from over 1,040 exhibitors across 31 countries, attracted around 50,000 visitors globally. Methanol license and engineering services for Project Air initiated
Perstorp has selected Johnson Matthey to provide the methanol license and engineering services for Project Air. This is the first step towards constructing the plant that will provide 200 000 tonnes of sustainable methanol for chemical production, thereby enabling a big step towards breaking fossil dependence of the chemical industry.
