Reducing our own environmental impact
The chemical industry has a large environmental footprint and therefor transforming our industry will have a great impact. It is our responsibility and a prerequisite for long-term survival. Our long term ambition is Zero Negative Impact, and we have set ambitious 2030 and 2035 targets to reduce our footprint when it comes to Greenhouse gas emissions, water and waste.

Achievements
In 2017 we decided to raise the bar towards becoming a more sustainable company. This resulted in an ambition to become Finite Material Neutral. We want to develop Perstorp into a company that does not contribute to the depletion of finite and scarce resources. In working towards our ambition, we have done many things we are proud of.
