New version of Perstorp's General Conditions of Sale
The General Conditions of Sale (CGS) for the Perstorp Group have been revised and the new version is valid as from today (1 September), being applicable for all sale of Perstorp products unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract. The amendments are in particular related to compliance and business with resellers.

New price for Emoltene™ 100
Due to the elevation in the cost of key plasticizer feedstocks Perstorp Oxo AB will increase the selling prices for Emoltene™ 100 by three (3) cts/lb in the US market. The price increase is effective October 1st, 2020. All terms, conditions, and differentials will remain the same.
