Magnus Heimburg, new CFO of Perstorp
Magnus Heimburg has been appointed new CFO of Perstorp Holding AB as of December 1, 2014. Magnus is an experienced senior executive with experience from various management positions in companies like Scancem and Swedish Match. During the last eight years, Magnus has worked for Preem as CFO, leading a centralized finance function with around 140 employees.

Perstorp announces the closing of €250,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022
Perstorp Holding AB (publ) (“Company”) today announced that it has closed the offering of its €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2022 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at EURIBOR (with a floor of 0%) plus 4.25% per annum. The Notes will mature on September 15, 2022, subject to a springing maturity of (x) June 30, 2021 if the Company’s existing 11% Second Lien Notes due 2021 are not refinanced in full on or prior to June 30, 2021 or (y) September 30, 2021 if (i) the Company’s Mezzanine Facility Agreement is not (a) refinanced in full on or prior thereto or (b) extended in full on or prior thereto such that the termination date of the Mezzanine Facility Agreement is December 15, 2022.

Notice of Force Majeure - ProPhorce™ AC200 and Calcium formate Tech
Due to power failure at Perstorp Group’s plant in Bruchhausen, Germany, Perstorp has been forced to temporarily close parts of its production. This affects Perstorp's calcium formate production and unfortunately we have to declare Force Majeure as regards to deliveries of ProPhorce™ AC200 and Calcium formate Tech. We are currently taking all measures to resume production and expects to restart within short.
