Perstorp increases its commitment to Chinese coating customers
The Perstorp Group, a world leader in specialty chemicals, will be showcasing its new Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) and innovative Capa™ polyols for PU coatings & stoving enamels at Chinacoat 2013. Considerable investments have been made into a new Neo plant at Zibo to support the growing demand for powder coatings in China. The investments are part of Perstorp’s long-standing commitment to China and to the Chinese coating customers.

Perstorp presents Akestra™ - a new plastic alternative
The Perstorp Group, a world leader in specialty chemicals, will be presenting the next generation of co-polyesters at K Fair 2013. This will include Akestra™, a high performance plastic with remarkable properties. Perstorp have formed a strategic partnership with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical to develop and distribute this exciting co-polyester throughout Europe. On a long term, this will result in both companies jointly establishing the most competitive production platform in Europe for the raw material used in these co-polyesters.

Strengthening of Perstorp's feed additives division
Perstorp, world leader within feed additives production, is now coping with the current rapid growth by appointing three new colleagues in three different geographical locations to strengthen sales and technical support. Perstorp is a producer of several organic acids and manufactures a range of feed additives ranging from antibacterials and silage additives to gut health enhancers and solutions for molds and mycotoxins.
