New version of Perstorp's General Conditions of Sale

Please be informed that certain amendments have been made in Clause 9 of Perstorp’s General Conditions of Sale (“GCS”) related to Compliance and also in Clauses 11.1, 11.5, and 11.6 related to Bulk Vessel Shipments. The new version of the GCS (version 5) is applicable as from 1 July 2024 and is available at Perstorp’s website.
