Perstorp at the China Feed Expo 2014
Last weekend Perstorp attended the China Feed Expo, one of the biggest and most popular feed exhibitions in China. It was the first exhibition in the People’s Republic of China for our Business Unit Feed & Food. The event – which took place on April 19 and 20 – was a successful one for Perstorp.
“China is a very important market in Asia. We have met a lot of local customers and were able to introduce our products and brand. Being present at the exhibition also helped us to further build our distribution channels in China. Several different area distributors have visited our booth”, says John Zhao, Regional Sales Manager feed additives for China.
Alongside the exhibition technical seminars were conducted in the exhibition meeting room. Perstorp’s Geert Wielsma, Technical Support Manager, was invited to present a seminar about ProPhorce™ SR. The presentation was very well received and led to vivid discussions about acidifiers and butyrins.
