“It’s been a privilege”

After more than four years as President and CEO for the Perstorp Group, Martin Lundin is today doing his last day at Perstorp before handing over to new President and CEO Jan Secher on September 16.

On September 16, Jan Secher will take on the position of new President and CEO for the Perstorp Group, succeeding Martin Lundin who is today doing his very last day as CEO of the Group.

Martin Lundin says:

“It is impossible to sum up all the heartfelt passion I have for this fine company and the fond memories I have had working with Perstorp over the years - not only as CEO but all the way back to when I started back in 1995. It has been a rare privilege to work for Perstorp all these years and it will be exciting to follow - on social media and elsewhere - the Group's development onwards. I wish Jan Secher all the best as the new CEO, please join me in welcoming him onboard on September 16.”

Jan Secher has held a number of CEO positions, most recently with Ferrostaal AG, where he was brought in to establish new business practices as well as to set a strategic direction for the company. Mr. Secher was also CEO of the chemical company Clariant from 2006 - 2008, a global leader in specialty chemicals where he led the successful turnaround of the business; other experiences include SICPA, a leading global provider of ink solutions, as well as ABB. Mr. Secher is currently also a Board member of Elekta and Holmstaden A/S.
