Perstorp increases prices for polyols TMP, Neo and Penta
Perstorp will increase prices for polyols TME, Neo and Penta effective January 1st, 2011, or as existing contracts permit.
Effective January 1st, 2011 or as existing contracts permit Perstorp will increase the price for Trimethylolpropane (TMP) and Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) by EUR 100/MT in Europe, 6 c/lb in North America and by USD 150/MT on all other markets. The price for Pentaerythritol (Penta) will increase in Europe by EUR 130/MT and on overseas markets by USD 180/MT.
Prices are being increased due to higher raw material, energy and logistics cost.
