Perstorp increases price for Purified Isophthalic Acid
Specialty chemicals company Perstorp will increase price for Purified Isophthalic Acid effective February 1st, 2010, or as existing contracts permit.
Effective February 1, 2010, or as existing contracts permits, Perstorp increases the price for Purified Isophthalic Acid by US$ 200/MT (or € 140/MT) in all markets. Price is increased due to dramatic rise in raw material prices and in order to restore profitability for the product.
