Due to a technical incident, unpredictable and beyond our control, the TDA Plant at the Perstorp site in Le Pont de Claix, France, had to be shut down in emergency on Sunday September 27th. This will severely affect Perstorp’s TDI production during the coming weeks and as a consequence thereof, Force Majeure has been declared as regards deliveries of TDI. Perstorp has taken appropriate steps without delay to remedy the problems and hopes to be able to start its plant again in the near future.

However, we are not yet able to define when the Force Majeure situation will be over. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our utmost to mitigate the consequences.
