Success at the European Coatings Show

For Perstorp, the 2009 European Coatings Show in Nuremberg was a success. Customers, partners and professional press crowded together to learn more about the new powerful polyurethane portfolio.

Compared with previous exhibitions, Perstorp set many new records: about 500 registered visitors from 58 countries, a large number of samples requested and already ordered, four product presentations, a customer event at the booth with more than 50 VIPs, interesting contacts with the dedicated press and interviews with important media.

“Considering the quality of contacts we had, the questions from our customers and partners, and the reaction of some of our major competitors, it is obvious that Perstorp is now perceived as a major player on the polyurethane market, with real potential”, says Eugénie Charrière, Market Development Group leader.

“Perstorp’s broad portfolio on the polyurethane market is a true synergy in terms of new product development. We believe it could benefit the whole coating market, which represents the vast majority of Perstorp’s sales”, says Bo Häggman, Market Development Director.
