After acquiring Solvay’s caprolactone and Rhodia Organic/Lyondell Chimie’s isocyanate businesses in 2008 - both well known in their respective fields - specialty chemicals company Perstorp is now one of the leading producers of essential urethane raw materials.

“Our product offer for the polyurethane segment has grown considerably. We are now a major supplier of aromatic and aliphatic isocyanates, polyisocyantes, polycaprolactones and specialty polyols,” says Director Market Development Bo Häggman. “Our additives help reduce foam density and we can also present interesting new solutions for fire resistance.”
