Perstorp increases price for NX 795

Specialty chemicals company, Perstorp, announces price increase on NX 795 effective October 1st, 2008, or as existing contracts permit.

Effective October 1st, 2008 or as existing contracts permit Perstorp will increase the price for NX 795 ester alcohol in Europe by EUR 100/MT and on overseas markets by USD 150/MT. Prices are being increased due to higher cost of operation mainly related to raw materials, energy and logistics.
