Lennart Holm joins PAI partners
Chairman and former CEO of the Perstorp Group, Lennart Holm, will as from November 15, 2007, become a partner and head of the Capital Goods Team of the French private equity group PAI partners.
The chairman and former CEO of the Perstorp Group, Lennart Holm, will as from November 15 join the French private equity group PAI partners becoming a partner and head of the Capital Goods Team within PAI. He will also become a member of the investment committee within PAI. Concerning the position as Chairman of the Perstorp Group there will be no change, i.e. Lennart Holm will remain in this position thereby maintaining his involvement in Perstorp.
