Changes to Perstorp Holding AB’s board

At an additional board meeting of Perstorp Holding AB on 20 September, Lennart Holm was elected Chairman of Perstorp Holding AB’s board. In addition the President and CEO Bo Dankis was elected to the board.

At an additional board meeting of Perstorp Holding AB held on 20 September, Lennart Holm was elected Chairman of Perstorp Holding AB’s board. The new President and CEO Bo Dankis was elected to the board which now has the following composition:
