Effective October 1st, 2006 or as existing contracts permit,  we  will increase  prices as follows: 
Pentaerythritol (Penta) by EUR 250/MT in Europe , 12 c/lb in North America and USD 300/MT in all other markets; Trimethylolpropane (TMP) by EUR 120/MT in Europe, 10 c/lb in North America and USD 200/MT in all other markets.

Neopentyl Glycol (Neo) will increase by EUR 190/MT in Europe, 11c/lb in North America and USD 240/MT on all other markets.

NX 795 ester alcohol will increase by EUR 50/MT in Europe, 3 c/lb in North America and USD 70/MT on all other markets.

Furthermore Perstorp will increase the prices on Carboxylic acids: 2-Ethylhexanoic acid (2-EHA) by EUR 70/MT in Europe, 6c/lb in North America and by USD 150/MT on all other markets and Propionic Acid by EUR 50/MT in Europe and by USD 60/MT on all other markets.

Calcium Formate will increase by EUR 50/MT.

Prices are being increased due to the market conditions and substantial higher cost of operation mainly related to raw materials, energy and logistics. Some of the products are currently subject to longer lead times.
