Sale of Perstorp Peramin
Perstorp Holding AB has effective of May 31, 2006 concluded the sale of the remaining part of its Concrete Admixtures division being the building chemistry additives business. The transaction is structured as a sale of the subsidiary Perstorp Peramin AB to the Aluminates Division of Materis, a Paris (France) based leader in specialty chemicals for the construction industry.
The sale of Perstorp Peramin AB is in line with Perstorp's strategy of focusing on the Group's core business within speciality chemicals.
