New name for Perstorp in India

Perstorp Aegis Chemicals Pvt Ltd, now known as Perstorp Chemicals India Pvt Ltd is Perstorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary in India and has changed its name and will be known as Perstorp Chemicals India Private Limited with effect from 11 July 2005.

On 1 June 2005 Perstorp bought the remaining 30 percent shareholding in the subsidiary that was previously known as Perstorp Aegis Chemicals Private Limited from Aegis Logistics Limited.
