Perstorp Gymnasium has, with its special industrial technology program, attracted motivated students from the whole of Sweden, students that dedicate their time to a well-balanced mix of practical and theoretical skills that are highly desired by industry and the expansive technological companies of tomorrow.

The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagens) "Technical College of the Year" venture will run for five years, aimed at highlighting technological and technical studies in Swedish schools. Every year over these five years comprehensive schools, sixth form colleges' technical programs, teachers or teams of teachers will be awarded prizes. 

Perstorp is the main sponsor of its own high school – Perstorp Gymnasium. The school offers a three-year course in industrial technology, focusing on chemical processing. The course includes twelve weeks of practical placements, both in Sweden and abroad. Students have a choice of continuing on to college or to technical training for jobs such as lab assistant or process operator.  The school aims at giving students valuable experiences, regardless of their future occupation.

The Perstorp Group will always need well educated people. Some of our employees are graduates of Perstorp High School.
