Perstorp sells part of business in Perstorp Peramin AB. Perstorp Peramin AB, a subsidiary to Perstorp AB, has sold part of its business to Grace AB. The sold business consists of concrete admixtures with main sales to the Scandinavian markets. The company’s other business, including powder additives to the dry mortar industry, remains unchanged.
