Furthermore Perstorp will also increase the price of Propionic acid in Europe by EUR 80/MT and 2-Ethylhexanoic acid (2-EHA) by EUR 85/MT in Europe and USD 110/MT on overseas markets. Formic acid will increase by EUR 80/MT in Europe and USD 100/MT on overseas markets. The price of NX 795 ester alcohol will increase by EUR 80/MT in Europe and on overseas markets by USD 100/MT.

Prices are being increased due to higher energy, logistics and raw material prices and to return profitability to levels that support reinvestment in the polyols and oxo business for future long-term commitments.
