Sydsvenska Kemi sells shares in Pergo
Sydsvenska Kemi reaches agreement with Explorer Group to sell Pergo Stake.
 Sydsvenska Kemi AB (publ) has reached an agreement regarding the sale of all its 7,653,060 shares in Pergo AB (publ). The shares represent approximately 14.3% of the shares and votes in Pergo. Buyer of the shares is Explorer Capital Investments Ltd., an affiliate of Explorer Group Inc. Explorer Group Inc., based in New York, is a global investment firm with a focus on generating absolute returns over sustained periods utilizing a value based investment approach.
