Career Coaching
Perstorp is a company going through comprehensive changes, and to function in a mutable world, the individual employee must take responsibility for development and innovation. In August of 2003 we started a program in Sweden that focused on life and career coaching, led by our certified coaches.

Global Management Certification
The Perstorp group has initiated a development program for our managers and leaders aimed at giving them the necessary tools for daily routines. The development program has been running since 2002.

Global Co-worker Surveys
We regularly carry out a global employee survey to measure how the organization is doing.  Based on the results of this survey we continually work to improve ourselves. The survey and the improvements are based on the group's values.

Improving Profitability and Equality
The Perstorp group is actively working for gender and ethnic equality in an effort to increase competitiveness, profitability and efficiency. In our work to reach equality between people we want to harness the dynamics present in the relationship between men and women, but also between individuals with different backgrounds, experience, skills and personal traits.
